Was there ever a time you were not able to be home for Christmas? It is a time full of emotion and can be painful. Many of our guests have experienced this lack of fellowship in their lives, and it has adversely affected them.

We all have a sense of giving during the holidays, especially Christmastime. What does a simple act of kindness look like to you? I would challenge you to pray and think through this question.

My wife and I have done simple things like gift wrap gloves, scarves, and Chap Stick to hand out to those who are experiencing homelessness. Many of you have given your time, some your talents, and many your treasure to help us this year. The joy of a generous heart cannot be contained and is infectious in the darkest of times. Your gifts have blessed so many people in the Victor Valley. And because of your generosity, some have accepted help out of homelessness and addictions. Thank you!
